A Bamboo Clutch for Every Occasion
When I saw this bamboo clutch, I had to have it. I just knew it would be a classic.
I found it on a favorite blog, Matters of Style, where they mentioned seeing the Camel Clutch in the hands of a cute girl at a wedding. This spoke to me. I realized it would look great with a summer dress I own, and equally great with dress jeans at a summer evening event.
Since the name of my game in my wardrobe is versatility, the bag was a clear winner.
J. McLaughlin, which sells the bag, makes a lot of great looking bags, but the Camel Clutch is a consistent winner. The bag has been so popular, they've even introduced it in a new color, which is a welcome addition to their line but makes decision making all that more challenging.. The new, darker version, "burnt", is spectacular but I ultimately decided, very slightly less versatile.
You just can't buy everything you blog about. I wish I could. So I was absolutely thrilled when a week or so later, a package arrived for me in the mail. The bamboo clutch – just as I had envisioned it!
