There are times when I opt to leave my purse at home. Generally, this means that this will be a day full of errands, a few hours at the coffee shop and picking up items for research. On days like this you need a bag that can take all of your activities (because a few errands always turns into something more). So as usual, I was looking online and came across a bag that would definately fit. In addition, this bag is not boring at all. I love this bag by M. Avery Designs. This designer/Hoboken based shop has created the cutest messenger bag! Entitled, the Bailey Kleo Red Black and Yellow, this is a bag that is definately noticeable! I like the white background and yet with the splashes of red, brown and yellow it doesn't appear so stark (you won't feel akward about really using these bag due to the possible dirt factor). I also like that with the brown, the bag doesn't come off too bright. the red and yellow are playful without being too dominant - which is nice. It's a great middle ground. I could see this with a cute pea coat or extra long sweater. Whether you're taking it to class, a freelancer or someone who simply likes something functional, this is the bag for you. At $99, this is a bag that is already ready made (although you can have custom bags created).

With the fall coming up and eventually the winter, I have always felt that you want to have a little color in your accessories since you tend to wear a black or brown coat or something more functional. Having items such as bags, Gloves and scarves that have a punch of color allows you to feel a little better about the long weeks of monotonous weather. At the same time, wearing this during the fall makes you remember elements of the summer and enjoying the weather in great layered pieces that have a hint of chill crisp air.
