A Different Spice
We have all had that moment when we had nothing to wear and we have to settle on sporting something that we purchased or were given that doesn't have that pop to it. Just the other day I was rescued from a moment where I would have bought a variety of shoes simply because the store was going out of business with a huge 60% off sale; however, I wouldn't have worn the shoes. The same can be said for this white dress I have that at one time I loved and now I feel that it's boring. There isn't an interesting neckline, it's ankle length with side slits but it doesn't pop for me. When I gravitate to this dress, I know that it has to be pumped up by fun accessories. Spiegel has again come to the rescue with this wooden necklace. I love that it's large and chunky which is perfect when you're looking to get noticed and to have your accessory be the primary of your outfit. This would look amazing paired with a chunky ring and cute strappy sandals. Sometimes it's nice to wear something simple so that you can accessorize in a large way. This is a great way to try new looks and play around a bit.
