A New Price For an Old Style
I'm a watch and wait kind of person. This is good for my pocketbook, but it can be a real exercise in self-restraint when I really want something. I'm not really a patient person. I just hate to feel ripped off.
When I first saw Cole Haan's Genevieve Triangle Tote, I wanted one. But at nearly $400.00, it just seemed a little expensive.
So I waited. And waited.
And now, many, many months later, the Genevieve Triangle Tote is finally on sale. It can be had on Zappos.com for a mere $213.14, a great price for such a beautiful bag.
I contemplate how well it would go with my tan leather clogs, but then find myself distracted by Cole Haan's latest offering: the Eve Soft Tote.
Similar in many ways to the Genevieve Tote, the Eve is also made of that same beautiful saddle-colored, basket-woven leather, but it has a different shape. More hip, more modern, more… today.
So that's what I get for waiting. My beloved bag, now within my reach, has gone out of style!
