Be Cute & Warm
Sigh, okay I tried to put one foot in the summer and the other in fall or what I like to say as "sneaky winter posing as fall". I have been wearing the cute boots and layered items with my super cute DKNY coat; however, I haven't worn a hat or scarf. So I am under the weather and have a sore throat and if anyone stands close to me they will enjoy my new scent "Eau de Halls Vitamin C Plus Cough Drops". So as I am thinking of ways to force the summer back and thinking about the Giants game I will be attending next week for my boyfriend's birthday (um why did they change that game to 8pm??) I started to rethink my dance of summers past and get into the reality of being warm.
With that in mind, I got an email from a fab designer (love her since she is a graphic designer, illustrator etc and from Chicago – she is involved in so many things that you know that she truly loves what she does – I do believe that this is her in the picture and I believe model can be tied to her name as well), Angel D'Amico who sells her items on her space in Etsy (hot place to find great designers) under the label AD Love (hot place to find fabulous designers) and also runs her online magazine in addition to a variety of activities so I would check out Angel's personal page! As far as See Pretty Things is concerned, she has great accessories (jewelry and hats) and tees but I settled on the above Crochet hat! I love that it's grey and pink and the model reminds me of a snowboarder girl – which they always look super cute. This is a great hat that I would wear to an outdoor event where you will be layered with many sweatshirts, a pair of jeans, socks and leg warmers!
