Clam Up
Fashion and art can come together and when they do – it's a nice collaboration. I love Port 1961's Wooden Clam Shell Clutch. First the clutch looks like something that you would expect to find at MOMA's gift shop. Second if it was just sitting down, you wouldn't know what it was but you would be inspired by it's design. I love that this pieces is made from Black walnut Wood. This clutch operates on a hinge and opens to a black and gold interior. Now the question is, what can it hold. Clutches force us to think about only our necessities and not those that we swear up and down that we would need in one of those far fetched "worse case scenarios".
