Fell in Love
I suppose I fall in love with so many items that I shouldn't try to make a distinction between one item or another, but it happened and it was real. I was on the 5th floor of macy's in the shoe department. It's so easy to be overwhelmed by all the shoes but somewhere in the midst of sling backs, ballet slippers, clogs and more – I looked up and was hooked. In front of me were the shoes above. I knew it was a match you can't overlook the perfect shoe to wear with cute shorts (yes I mean the short ones that definitely look chic when accessorized appropriately), my favorite Brazilian jeans and gauchos. There's almost no outfit that those shoes couldn't be worn with. Unfortunately, my size 6.5 was not to be found so I went on a quest of great proportions to find it. The version I liked had a caramel patent leather while these are a metallic gold. But somewhere I know I will find these shoes. I tried on the black pair and they were SO comfortable. Thanks goodness for the Internet and the ability to track a shoe down to get it to you. I'll keep you updated on my search and you can find this shoe in a super cute red at Zappos.com.
