Getting Back to Nature
The other day, an email came to me that asked about what new collections I had been creating, as you know I am also a designer so I thought I would post two necklaces that are now available on my site. For those that have bookmarked Kitten Couture, it now has a new home and a new logo which was very exciting as we went into holiday! As always, I am always designing but these two are apart of my favorites. A few months ago I fell in love with Botswana Agate. I am absolutely fascinated with how it comes in a variety of hues of black, grey, white and other neutral tones that give it its distinctive look. The piece above is entitled Vivian (her sister piece Vera looks the same; however, it is in lighter tones and is just as cute as her sister – a friend of mine jokes that Vivian and Vera may be like my sister and I – near twins). In addition, there is a cute shell that is attatched to this necklace which I love.
The second necklace is actually entitled Kimmie (hmm I wonder why). I visit South Beach which is one of my absolute favorite places to go to relax, party and more. I love the simplicity of this necklace and that it's on a suede chain. Plus, this necklace is affordable. These are two pieces that are apart of our Spring collection. In addition, for those of you that are in NYC I will be at Market 63 on 01.13.2007 at 49 Houston St from 12pm – 7pm. You can definitely come visit to see all the pieces that are available and of course you can come chat with me as well.
As a side note, the Accessories Show is currently going on in the city so there will be a variety of designers that will be posted on this site and I am excited to meet them all.
