Glam & Golf

Although this is not a personal accessory that you wear, it does say a lot about your golf game. The other day Patricia of Golf Girl had a super cute post! For those of you that may not know, Patricia brings up to date information on what's amazing in women's golf and there is plenty of glitz and glamour. I had already begun thinking about getting back into playing as I know it's a lot of fun but reading her posts makes me really proud that someone has fixed on that niche! So, she created a post entitled Do You Like A Little Glitter With Your Golf. I was hooked at glitter and her post didn't disappoint. I love that she found these amazing ball markers that contain Swarovski Crystals in them! The Blingo Ball Markers come in a variety of colors and are disks that obviously mark your ball but ensure that you will enjoy the game and that you can mark your spot as well. You can even request your own colors which makes me giddy as I believe that for the rest of the year I will build my gear and outfits and get someone to coach me so that next spring I will be absolutely amazing (or at least dressed for the task haha).
Now all glitz aside, Patricia shared a fact that was of a lot of interest to me, these pieces are handmade by Charlotte Campbell (you know I am all about that since my line, Kitten Couture, is handmade) and she is currently a contestant on Highway 18 on the golf channel. She initially did this to raise money so that she could play professionally. I think that with each set being $15, what a great way to have an amazing piece, to support indie handmade talent and to ensure that women who love the sport can continue to do so. Take some time to check out Golf Girl's Blog which is amazing and has me hooked and to also check out more abotu Charlotte Campbell and her Blingo Ball Markers – I will decide what my custom piece will be!

These ball markers definitely add some bling! Speaking of golf glam, I found some cute golf earrings at Koko P Sports – more unusual than what you typically see.
