Golden Glam Goddess

It has happened again, I have been touched by the Golden Butterfly. Over the past three months that I have been writing See Pretty Things, mom non-existant gold collection has grown to about 15 pieces. You know how much I love accessories and sterling silver, so the growth of gold in my jewelry chests is a big deal! With that said, this beautiful Gold Vermeil Leaf Vine Cuff Bracelet is fabulous for many reasons. First, I love cuffs and am looking for one that has a distinctive character. I could definitely see wearing this with a pair of jeans and a casual tanktop and wearing it out again with a cute slinky blouse. Secondly, the design seems like you're embracing your inner goddess (if I were to wear this I would definitely wear a shimmer lotion to give off that glam hue. Finally, the golden color is so fitting (I am sure that if this were available in silver it would be just as fabulous) but there is something about the golden color. Pade Vavra, an LA based designer, created this fabulous piece and has a sense for bringing so many elements into one stunning item. This main element would be an artistic sense and a means of creating something that is timeless and yet reflective of a variety of cultures. I have seen her pieces in a variety of stores in the city and most recently in a fabulous online boutique Blue Luxe and am always wowed by her vision. I also love the fact that it can be dressed up and down and if you have roommies or a sister, you can expect that this piece will suddenly generate a lot of your errands being completed for the opportunity to wear it on any given night.
