Kangol: a Hat With Attitude

Some of the coolest guys I know wear Kangol hats. In fact, some really cool girls I've known wear their hats too. But let's face it: a hat like the one pictured above isn't something that can be worn just anywhere.

It's a hat that requires Attitude – with a capital A. So it shouldn't surprise you to hear that most of the Kangol hat-wearers I've known were New Yorkers.

I live in L.A. But it's been rainy lately (I know, I keep harping on this, but when you live here it's hard not to remark whenever water mysteriously falls from the sky) and a nice warm hat is appealing. Something stylish and subtle… something English.

Hence, the Kangol. On the hats.com site, they describe the Kangol Liberty Cashmere Cap as demonstrating a "keen cultural sense."

I'm not sure that exactly means I'm cool if I wear it, but it's close enough for me!
