A designer shares their creations as a reflection of themselves. I am always intrigued to know how someone creates something or what inspired them to do so. When a piece is commissioned there is a playful balance between the voice of the designer and what the client is interested in presenting as well. The above necklace by Eva Martin is a fabulous piece made of Argentium Sterling Silver, 22K gold dots and Yellow Sapphire. This piece ie eye catching on its own; however, the story provided Eva Martin Jewelry, transcends this piece to something endearing. A husband was interested in having his vows placed on this necklace. The dots are Morse code and the Yellow Sapphire pieces are dashes – the vows are on this necklace and create an eternal testament of what she means to him.
