Unlike the super cute Keds below, I knew that Keds had a sporty ballerina shoe of sorts. I am a fan of this brown shoe with the stripes because they are the perfect compliment for yoga pants and everything that reminds you of sleepy weekends running errands, visiting friends or coming back from an expected overnight at a friends (sometimes you just can't think of taking the cab home or forcing yourself away on the subway). These shoes are the comfortable pair after a day in heels or to just hang out in as you do whatever is essential for the moment. Once again, I love the way that the classic shoe has been given a few tweaks that make it a great shoe with lots of eye appeal. I would even take these out for a night if you're just going to a sidewalk cafe, the local margarita spot or on your balcony or roof - whichever you may have access too. I love how Keds still has the classic shoe that many of us wore but I love that they want to bring other styles in that show Keds recognizes what we look for in style.
