The title comes from one of my favorite lyrics from En vogue and yet I never knew what it meant! I think this necklace tells me what it may mean. You can wear something a little basic but you can pop a lot of sass into your outfit by applying an accessory. I love how the piece hangs and attracts your eye to the depth and complexities of this necklace. Created by Jessica Elliot, this piece is a must for your wardrobe and is extremely amazing on the wallet due to the fact that she has a fab sale on this piece and others. This necklace will look best with outfits that have a plunging neckline and demand attention.
