New York Fashion Week's Best Accessories

When it comes to accessories, fuzzy bags were a big hit on NY Fashion Week runways, with Isaac Mizrahis' light blue version with gray fur accents, and Marc Jacobs plush mauve clutch. On the Michael Kors runway a model wore a large cross body bag in long, soft camel-colored fur, while Donna Karan interpreted this trend in a light gray handheld style.

Another hot trend were black sashes cinching models waists in bows over feminine dresses at the Monique Lhuillier runway show, and a similar style was seen at Badgley Mischka with long, black velvet sashes tied in bows with the ends skimming the hems of long, brightly colored dresses. Head wraps were also in-style this year at Donna Karan's show as one of her models wore a sheer, light gray version draped over her perfectly coiffed hair. At Ralph Lauren these accessories took on a much more futuristic look in metallic silver and covering all the hair tightly.
